Hi, I’m Suthern, a licensed esthetician specializing in lashes, brows, waxing, and facials. My journey in esthetics began in 2021 when I started doing lash extensions. Wanting to further my education, grow professionally, and provide services safely and correctly, I enrolled in esthetics school in 2023 and became officially licensed in January 2024. Since then, I’ve been pursuing my esthetics career independently and continuing to expand my knowledge and skills within the beauty industry. While lashes were my introduction to esthetics, I quickly fell in love with every aspect of the field. Helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Prior to pursuing esthetics full-time, I worked in the medical field. Although I recently transitioned into esthetics full-time, my experience in healthcare taught me the importance of compassion, professionalism, attention to detail, hospitality, and empathy. These values continue to guide the way I care for each and every client. For me, each service is more than just a treatment - it’s an opportunity to help someone feel confident, relaxed, and cared for. Whether you’re coming in for lashes, brows, waxing, or a facial, my goal is to create an experience where you feel welcomed and leave feeling your best. CANCELLATION POLICY
🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 PAYMENT METHODS & BOOKING REQUIREMENT: Cash and Zelle are preferred. Card on file is required to book (NO EXCEPTIONS). All appointments must have a valid card saved to secure your booking. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are only transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments may only be rescheduled one (1) time. Any additional changes will require a new deposit and are subject to availability. Last-minute changes make it difficult to refill your time slot, so this policy helps protect availability for all clients. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY: To avoid losing your deposit, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations without rescheduling. NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION FEE: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged for: • No-show appointments • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment • Arriving beyond the 15-minute grace period LATE ARRIVALS: All appointments include a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, please text as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period may need to be rescheduled to respect the following appointments. GUEST POLICY: • No additional guests unless approved beforehand • No children allowed APPOINTMENT PREP: • Please complete your consent form before your appointment • Use the restroom before arrival (Restroom Code: 5991) • Arrive on time to receive your full service time • Dress comfortably for your appointment WAXING PREP & HAIR LENGTH: For best results, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. Hair that is too short may result in less effective waxing results. PERIOD POLICY (WAXING): Clients receiving waxing services during their cycle must arrive with a tampon. Tampons are also available in the treatment room if needed. LASHING PREP: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Light makeup is okay, but excess product may require additional cleansing time, which reduces your actual lash service time. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, unsafe, or not in compliance with policies. AFTERCARE DISCLAIMER: Results and retention depend on proper aftercare. I am not responsible for poor retention, irritation, or results if aftercare instructions are not followed.
